Kieran Rigby - Chief Executive Officer

Kieran is CEO of GAB Robins Group in UK and in April 2009 led a transaction which saw the management acquire a controlling interest in the business. He has been involved in loss adjusting and claims management activities for nearly 25 years. He previously managed the GAB Robins business in Ireland before moving with his family to Sydney for several years to run the Australian operation and whilst there he was also responsible for the Asia-Pacific region. He returned to London late 2005 to take up his present role.

Kieran is a Fellow of CII and CILA and a former President of FUEDI, the European body of loss adjusting associations.

Mike Jones - Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of GAB Robins, Mike is responsible for the day to day management of the company's operations and directly oversees the Service Lines.

Mike began his career with Robins Fletcher in Yorkshire in 1981 where he trained as a property adjuster, covering personal lines and commercial losses. Having qualified as a Chartered Loss Adjuster, he opened an office in Nottingham in 1990 but left the business to join Cunningham Hart in London in 1995. His senior management career began when that business merged with Ellis & Buckle and he joined the main board of the new company in 2000.  Mike re-joined GAB Robins in 2007 from Cunningham Lindsey where he was a main board director with specific responsibility for UK Loss Adjusting.

Throughout his career Mike has been an active participant in both the Chartered Insurance Institute, being President of the Nottingham Institute in 1995, as well as the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters where he is currently the Hon. Secretary and chairman of the Membership Committee.

Paul Brown - Chief Finance Officer

Paul Brown BA(Hons) ACMA is the Chief Finance Officer. Prior to joining GAB Robins in 1996 as UK Group Financial Controller, he worked for HSBC as Group Accountant and Otis Elevator plc as Subsidiary Chief Accountant.

Paul is the chairman of the GAB Robins UK Ltd Risk Committee and is also a Member of AIRMIC.

Jon Mallett - IT Director

Jon Mallett is the IT Director for GAB Robins UK. Jon joined in July 2009 having previously being employed as Global Head of IT for Claims Management Group Limted/Capita since 1996. During his time at CMGL he developed an IT team of three staff responsible for one office location to over 35 staff covering 14 offices across the globe. Jon managed numerous mergers and acquisitions from an IT perspective, global application and system implementations whilst always having a vision on where technology could be utilised to maximise efficiencies. Jon was a key member in the MBO of CMGL from Zurich and the transition to Capita in 2007.

Ian Sutcliffe - Business Development Director

Ian Sutcliffe is Head of Business Development for GAB Robins UK and has overall responsibility for client relationships and sales within the business.

Ian's insurance career spans 21 years and he has been involved in claims for 19 of those.  Ian began in broking where he spent eight years working for two of the top five brokerages across personal and commercial claims.

Ian made the move into loss adjusting in 1998 when he began working for one of the top three UK loss adjusting companies where he remained until November 2010.  After a short stint as a loss adjuster, Ian moved into management and spent five years as a service centre manager with responsibility for back office functions.

In 2005, Ian took responsibility for the volume domestic loss adjusting within the UK where he delivered a number of business transformation projects.  Ian was also heavily involved in key client relationships and sales until moving to GAB Robins UK in January 2011.

Gail Watson - HR Director

Gail joined GAB Robins as Head of HR in May 2010. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has over 20 years generalist HR experience. Gail's responsibilities cover all aspects of human resources management, including learning and development, employee benefits, health and safety and GAB Robins' Graduate Programme.

Prior to joining GAB Robins, Gail held senior HR roles within a number of financial services organisations, including QBE European Operations where she headed up the London HR team.
