Two staff at GAB Robins have become the first individuals to pass the nationally-recognised CILA Diploma in insurance claims handling.

This is the first Technical Bulletin with regards the MOJ Changes, and how we at GAB Robins are approaching these reforms.

Technical Bulletin No101 - MOJ Reforms - Update 1

GAB Robins' has been awarded Investors in People Bronze accreditation recognising its commitment to employee development and support, and for exceeding the core requirements of the prestigious national quality standard. The Bronze award represents additional accreditation and is achieved by just 5% of Investor in People recognised organisations in the UK.

GAB Robins has been using EYE Write (digital pen technology), with pre-printed forms to record evidence of site visits for a number of years. 

Whilst this has been used most successfully, the introduction of tablet computers into the market has provided a more flexible platform for data capture.

Following a successful pilot, GAB Robins will be rolling these out to all adjusting teams in order to meet current and future business needs.

Maggie Cowing will take responsibility for the company's major loss, construction and engineering and home foreign divisions.

She joins from Cunningham Lindsey and has recently returned from a 12-month secondment to New Zealand dealing with earthquake claims.
