When your customer makes a claim it is usually the first real test of the service they have bought. Being able to provide a professional claims service can make all the difference.
Excellent communication is crucial, particularly during a claim which is why we have developed our Broker Services.
Personal Account Manager
We will provide you with an account manager who will look after both you and your customers. Your account manager will be responsible for agreeing customer specific protocols, introduction and review meetings and resolving any issues that arise.
Nominated Loss Adjusters
We can provide named loss adjusters to work on particular accounts. These will be high calibre, locally based and with specialist skills to match the type of claim. Your adjuster will personally handle the claims to conclusion and will not hand them back to a service centre.
Emergency Out of Hours Instructions
We will provide you with our out of hours telephone numbers for notifying urgent claims and where necessary, we will attend site immediately.
Access to your Claim Records & Management Information
EYE Claims provides you with access to all your claim records. This means you can answer your customers' questions faster and more accurately. You can create your own management information which will enable you to drill down into individual files or analyse portfolio trends.
