Our Team and Services

Who are our team and do they have the skills you need?

We currently have over 20 dedicated casualty adjusters, strategically placed, to provide complete geographical coverage of the UK.  Our adjusters have a wealth of professional experience with individual careers to date, ranging from 8 to 25 years. The team includes Associates and Fellows of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Chartered Loss Adjusters and law graduates and has an industry leading technical expertise across all classes of casualty claims.  They also have the soft skills to deal effectively with people and events.

We handle claims for a hugely varied range of clients from sole traders to large blue chip companies and local authorities'.  Our adjusters are all trained to obtain the necessary facts and apply the relevant law to provide early recommendations on legal liability, policy liability and quantum.  Using their  extensive experience of the assessment of personal injury/disease claims, third party property damage and financial/economic losses, they are then able to negotiate the best outcome for the parties involved.

Our position within the GAB Robins business also provides us with immediate access to a wide range of in-house experts such as accountants, surveyors and engineers and external supplier networks.
