Our Global Markets team is responsible for the relationships with our key International Corporate, Insurer, Reinsurer and Broker clients. We co-ordinate and support individual claims and programmes around the world and use our Market leading technology to deliver a seamless global service that combines the speed and accuracy of a local response with a broader global perspective.

We keep in close contact with the key markets to identify trends, market intelligence, regulatory requirements etc and communicate them to our clients and associates.

The team is highly qualified and experienced in delivering worldwide loss adjusting and TPA solutions to our clients. Their thorough knowledge of our International capabilities and experience in dealing with all types of claims will ensure that a loss adjuster (or team) with the right skill base will be instructed on each claim. Throughout the life of the claim, our Global Markets team keep our clients fully informed on the position of the claim, together with recommendations on the future actions to be taken.

Global Markets work very closely with the GAB Robins UK Client Services team whenever there is a need for assistance on International business. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in demand for coordinated programmes for international real estate clients and we now have a number of such accounts where we have implemented Protocols, coordinate claims and consolidate data from around the world.
