GAB Robins recognises the specific requirements of the real estate insurance market. In August 2004 we established a dedicated Property Owners Unit based in our Brighton office. The unit has gone from strength to strength in this period and now boasts:

• A team highly regarded by Insurers, Brokers and direct clients alike.
• Sector experience - Team members have an average of seven years experience in Property Claims - mainly from General Insurance Claims Department's backgrounds.
• Operating models - Desk handle, adjuster led and mixed service options
• Nominated client book aggregates to over £40 billion of properties across major pension funds, large property companies and smaller property owners - commercial and residential.
• Growth and scalability - 50% growth year on year since 2004.
• Excellent external audit scores from all Insurers demonstrating a high quality service and technical ability.
• Close working relationships with GAB Robins other service lines - Property, Subsidence, Major and Complex Loss, Casualty, Investigation and Building Repair Network (BRICS)

In the UK we are able to offer a full 'ground up' claims management service as part of our work transfer arrangements with our panel insurers and all major London Market brokers.

We offer a leading and innovative service in respect of Management Information that is available to all clients in respect of claims that are handled on their behalf in the Unit as well as access to full data files (depending on access authorisation) of their respective files.
