Weather EYE

The only system marketed in the insurance sector to use Met Office data, WeatherEYE provides fast, accurate access to official weather information.

Developed in association with the Met Office, and benefiting from their detailed weather models, the information in WeatherEYE takes readings from weather stations across the UK, and then uses the Met Office's complex algorithms to account for the local topography, giving detailed and accurate local information.

WeatherEYE allows customised definitions of storm conditions to be defined. The unique, customisable "Tag" system allows specific information to be provided to Claims Handlers, to help them decide if storm conditions existed on a given date in a given postcode.

Monitor the value of WeatherEYE with the unique Repudiation Tracker. A completely optional feature of WeatherEYE, it allows the value of repudiated claims to be recorded, giving a clear indication of the savings made by using WeatherEYE.
